Typhoon Lagoon’s two thrill attractions, Crush ’n’ Gusher and Humunga Kowabunga, require 48 inches. Ketchakiddie Creek and Bay Slides are dedicated kids’ areas with maximum height limits of 48 and 60 inches.
Planning notes
Typhoon Lagoon only has one minimum-height threshold to plan around: 48 in, shared by its two thrill slides, Crush ’n’ Gusher and Humunga Kowabunga. Nine of the park’s 13 attractions, including Castaway Creek and the wave pool, are open to any height. The park also has two dedicated kids’ zones with maximum, not minimum, heights: Ketchakiddee Creek is capped at 48 in and Bay Slides at 60 in, so taller children and adults are directed toward the main slides rather than the toddler areas.
